Problem
TPlink internet modem refuses to reconnect after a power outage.
Cause
There is no button battery to backup the current date/time. The current data/time value is lost and set to a default value. If the modem is configured to synchronize with internet time servers, this only works after connectivity is restored, not before.
Solution
Manually correct the date/time value.
